This firm is specialist in acting for small businesses in commercial contracts, sale and purchase of businesses and leases of commercial premises.
In the last few years we have been able to develop expertise in business immigration and are successful in applications under the Work Permit, Highly Skilled Migrant Programme, self employed or business schemes. We also deal with work relating to dependents entry clearance. Many of our clients recruit our employees from China. We are currently acting for clients in recruiting specialist workers from the construction industry in China.
Our firm’s clients are based both in Bristol and outside, UK and overseas. They come from varied ethnic background. Our immigration team has acted for clients from 20 different countries.
